1. Write a real goal
So that you always have a clear mind when you are down, write down the reasons why you want to do something. For example, if you want to motivate yourself to go to the gym, you can write down the reasons why you want to be fit.

Write down goals that are real, such as sleeping better, being healthier, having a less bloated stomach, and so on. With a real goal, it will be easier for you to motivate yourself.

Also make sure that your goals are long-term, especially when it comes to health, habits, and lifestyle. Because if it’s ‘temporary’, you are usually tempted to go back to the old bad lifestyle.

2. Start small
If you are trusted to handle a big project, don’t be put off because you are afraid to do it. Break the big task down into small steps, then work on them one at a time.
If breaking up a large task into smaller tasks still makes you procrastinate, break it down again until it’s smaller so you can do it right away. Estimate the estimated time to do it in 2-5 minutes.
